Concrete Work Ruined Pool Deck

Despite claiming to specialize in concrete work, Muddy River Design Co failed to deliver on a simple project for a customer.

Muddy River was hired to repair loose pool deck. To say we are disappointed would be an understatement. We feel like we were stolen from. After being charged a premium price for the job, we were shocked to see the results. Most of the areas were not addressed and the finished product looked terrible. My wife and I could have done the same thing in an afternoon with 2 bags of quickcrete.

We are now left with a product that looks worse than it did when we started. He agreed that it did not turn out the way he wanted but would not give our money back. This company does not take pride in their work and delivered an inferior product.
